Office Hours have been held since February 2014.  

They are currently held only on demand. 

If you are interested in asking technical questions of our developers, the Office Hours are held on the first Monday of each month (with some exceptions due to U.S. Holidays, in which case the time is moved to one week later) from 11:00-12:00 MDT/MST (-6/-7 hours from UTC, respectively).
